This Cancellation Policy explains how customers can cancel or modify orders placed through Chegat.com, operated by Solizma Maran LLC.
By making a purchase, you agree to this policy along with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.


2. Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Instead, you may request a return following our Return & Refund Policy.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  2. If eligible, we will confirm the cancellation and process your refund to the original payment method.

4. Order Modifications

  • If you need to change your shipping address, product selection, or payment method, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • Modifications may not be possible after processing begins.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exceptions

We cannot cancel orders for:

  • Custom-made or personalized items once production has started.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Orders already shipped.

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time.
Any updates will be posted here with a revised Effective Date.
