This Cancellation Policy explains how customers can cancel orders placed on Chegat.com. By placing an order, you agree to this policy as well as our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
2. Order Cancellation Before Shipping
- You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase or before the order has been processed for shipment.

- If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Special and Non-Cancellable Items
- Personalized, custom-made, or “Final Sale” items cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed.

- Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to your original payment method.
- Refund processing typically takes 4–8 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Company-Initiated Cancellations
Chegat reserves the right to cancel an order if:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued.
- Payment cannot be authorized or processed.
- The order is flagged as fraudulent or violates our Terms of Service.
In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
